Warranty

Legal Warranty

Our products are covered by Dutch law. This means that when you purchase a product from us, you have the right to receive a product that is fit for purpose, provided it has been used under normal conditions. If a product does not meet your expectations, we will honour the warranty provisions outlined in the Dutch 'Burgerlijk Wetboek' (Civil Code of the Netherlands).

If you discover a defect, you must inform us within a reasonable period of time. Notifying us within two months of discovering the issue is deemed reasonable.

Once notified, we will assess whether we can repair the product or replace it – including any defective parts – easily and quickly. If this is not entirely possible within a short time frame, we can dissolve the agreement and offer a refund for part or all of the order amount.

Additional Manufacturer's Warranty

Some of our products come with an additional warranty provided by the manufacturer. If you'd like to learn more about any manufacturer’s warranty and how it may benefit you, feel free to send us an email at [email protected]. We will provide you with all the details about the applicable additional warranties right away.

This additional warranty is offered alongside, and does not affect, the legal warranty rights you are entitled to as explained above. If you experience a defect, we encourage you to reach out to us so we can assist you promptly.
