Costs when exercising the right of withdrawal
If you choose to exercise your right of withdrawal, the return shipping costs for the product(s) will be at your expense. However, if you decide to use our exchange service, Winparts will cover both the return shipping costs and the delivery costs for the new item.
Return shipping costs for refunds
If you wish to return an item because it resulted from an error on our part, or because the product(s) arrived damaged during transport, we will refund your return shipping costs up to a specific maximum amount. This amount will be confirmed in writing by one of our representatives from the returns department.
Please note: Confirmation of the return shipping costs cannot be provided over the phone. All correspondence related to this will be handled via email.
Right of withdrawal
As a consumer, you have the right to cancel a purchase agreement for a product within 14 days without providing a reason. While we may ask for feedback regarding your withdrawal to help improve our service, you are not obligated to share your reason for cancelling.
When does the 14-day withdrawal period begin?
For single product orders: The withdrawal period begins the day you (or a third party designated by you, excluding the carrier) receive the product.
For orders with multiple items: The withdrawal period begins the day you (or a designated third party) receive the final product in your order.
For deliveries in batches or parts: The period starts the day you (or a designated third party) receive the final batch or part of the product.
For agreements involving regular deliveries over a period: The withdrawal period starts the day you (or a designated third party) receive the first product in the series.
Extended withdrawal period when information is missing
If we have not provided the legally required information about your right of withdrawal or the standard withdrawal form, your withdrawal period will be extended. In such cases:
The withdrawal period will expire 12 months after the original 14-day reflection period ends.
If we provide the missing information within those 12 months, the withdrawal period will end 14 days after you have received this information.
