How to exchange a part for free within 30 days
At Winparts, we are committed to ensuring you receive the correct part, thanks to our compatibility guarantee. In the rare event of a mistake, we’ll get it sorted quickly, so you have the right product as soon as possible.
Did the item not fit your car or was the wrong part delivered? Don’t worry – we’re here to help. If you’ve ordered a car-specific part such as brake discs, timing belt kits, or spark plugs, we’ll exchange it free of charge. All you need to do is provide your licence plate number or car model details.
We kindly ask that you check the fit of your product as soon as possible after receiving your order. If something seems incorrect or the item doesn’t fit your car, exchanging it is simple and free. All we ask is that you submit an online exchange request first. This helps us better understand the issue and offer the fastest possible solution.
How to Exchange Your Item
Start by submitting a return request via our Returns Portal. Be sure to include details about what went wrong or what you need instead.
Once the return is processed, we’ll issue you a voucher for the value of the item.
Use the voucher to reorder the correct product directly through our website. Shipping for your replacement order will be free!
Please note: The free exchange service is only available for car-specific products ordered by car model. Unfortunately, this does not apply to accessories such as roof boxes, bike racks, or hubcaps. For such items, we kindly ask you to cover the shipping costs for returns or exchanges.
Our Returns Process
At Winparts, returns and exchanges are stress-free. We aim to make the process as simple as possible to get your issue resolved quickly. Please follow these simple steps:
Register your return within 14 days. After this, you’ll have an additional 14 days to send the item back in return for a voucher.
Ensure the item is in its original packaging. If the packaging is damaged, you may use another box – but make sure to avoid using brown or grey tape, or writing on the original packaging. It’s alright to write on the outer Winparts packaging.
Please note: Returns are not accepted if the package is not sent back within 14 days of registration.
Right of Withdrawal
You are entitled to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days without providing a reason. The 14-day withdrawal period begins from the day you, or a third party nominated by you (not the carrier), receive the product. To exercise your right of withdrawal, simply inform us in writing of your decision – you can use the model withdrawal form included with your purchase, but it is not mandatory.
To meet the withdrawal deadline, please notify us before the 14-day period expires.
What Happens If You Withdraw?
If you choose to withdraw, we will refund all payments made, including delivery costs (except for any extra charges for choosing non-standard shipping methods). Your refund will be issued promptly, no later than 14 days after we’ve been notified of your decision to withdraw.
We will refund you via the same payment method used for your original purchase unless otherwise agreed, and we do not charge fees for refunds. Please note that we may delay the refund until we have received the returned item or until you provide proof of return – whichever comes first.
Returning Items After Withdrawing
We ask that returned items are sent back as soon as possible, and no later than 14 days after notifying us of your withdrawal. You will need to cover the direct costs of returning the item.
You're only responsible for any reduction in the value of the product if it’s due to handling beyond what is necessary to assess its condition or function.
