What does the compatibility guarantee mean?

When you search for a part by selecting your car type or entering your vehicle registration number, our online store selects the parts that are right for your vehicle.

The compatibility of parts with your car is verified using a professional database called TecDoc. The TecDoc system is used by professionals and garages, and is available to you through Winparts.

Using the fields below, you can select your vehicle type. If you have entered all the information correctly, only parts that are right for your vehicle will be offered, thus offering you a compatibility guarantee.

Winparts has got you covered! If you have accurately selected your vehicle type, we can then check your order. Some points are not verified by the TecDoc system, which is why we carry out an additional check to ensure that the part ordered is indeed suitable. It is truly frustrating to receive an incorrect part. Be careful! For universal parts, we cannot perform additional checks, as these parts are not specific to a particular make or model.

Quantity ordered

Exchange and return guarantee

It may happen that, despite the checks, the part received is not suitable. This is obviously very unpleasant, but in this case, we offer a free exchange of the part. You then have 30 days to inform us of your wish to exchange the part in question.

Don't want to exchange the part, but only return it? Returning it and therefore canceling your purchase is also no problem. You will then have 14 days to inform us that a product return procedure has been implemented. Our compatibility guarantee does not apply to cancellations.
