Placing an order

Placing an order on Winparts is very simple thanks to our streamlined process. In order to make the process more uncomplicated, a registration check is used. Fill in your cars registration and the website will filter, for most articles, only the right parts for your vehicle. Here are the following steps to follow:

Step 1: Choose a product group, then select the desired item.

Step 2: Click 'Add to Cart' or 'Direct Purchase'.

Step 3: Go to your shopping cart. Once there, click the 'Order' button.

Step 4: Check that the number of products and their quality meet your expectations.

Step 5: Are you a new customer? If so, you will need to provide your personal information. If you are already a customer, log in to your account using your email address and password by clicking the 'Login' button. (This information remains strictly confidential and is only used to process your orders on Winparts.)

Step 6: To complete the transaction, choose a payment method and enter your preferred delivery address.

Tip: Ensure the product you ordered is compatible (year of release, brand, dimensions, etc.).

After finalizing your order and making payment, you will receive a confirmation email. You can also track the progress of your order, view your invoices, and ask questions via your personal account. As soon as your order is shipped, you will receive a 'Track & Trace' code to track your package in real time.
