Do you want to adjust or cancel your order? We are here to help you. Unfortunately, an order cannot always be adjusted or cancelled. In some cases, due to the order being processed or handed over to the delivery service.

Order placed but not yet processed? Please get in touch with us. Our customer service can help you adjust or cancel your order. Once your order is in the sorting process, we can no longer adjust or cancel your order. In addition to this, when the tracking link has been sent through e-mail, it is not possible to adjust or cancel your order anymore.

In this case, you may refuse the parcel at your door or apply the order for a return. If you decide to refuse the parcel at the door, please let our customer service know beforehand. This enabels us to process the return more quickly.
